A. Scope of the website
axiomstudio.ae provides information about Axiom Studio and the areas of work of its operator, Axiom Digital FZ-LLC, and offers a way to contact the company. Agreed services are governed by written terms specific to each project. Displaying an activity or receiving a message does not constitute automatic acceptance of a project, or a promise of a particular result or price.
B. Acceptable use
You may browse the website and get in touch for lawful purposes. Impersonation, sending malicious software or unlawful content, attempting unauthorised access to or disruption of the website, and infringing intellectual property or privacy rights are prohibited. Active security testing requires prior written permission.
C. Content rights
Rights in original materials belong to the company or to the rights holders who have licensed them, as applicable. Licences for third-party components, fonts and software remain in effect. Project engagement framework
This section explains how engagements work and should be read together with the agreement for each project:
- Scope and deliverables: requirements, delivery stages, acceptance criteria, timelines and each party's responsibilities are set out in writing.
- Price and payment: currency, prices, fees, applicable taxes and payment dates are stated in the proposal or agreement before any commitment.
- Changes: the effect of any agreed change in scope on cost and duration is documented.
- Cancellation and refunds: their terms are made clear before the engagement begins, depending on the service, the work performed and statutory rights.
- Ownership and licences: the agreement defines rights in deliverables, code, pre-existing materials and third-party elements, and when rights transfer or a licence is granted.
- Data, confidentiality and support: the agreement defines confidentiality obligations, handling of project data, the scope of support and maintenance, and any warranty and its duration.
